Cancellation & Refund
1. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request the cancellation of services provided by Mrkhan Digital Marketing Agency by providing written notice via email to contact@mrkhan.digital. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, contact information, and a clear statement of the services to be canceled.
2. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation request and the progress of the services. Clients will be informed of any applicable cancellation fees in the service agreement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:
Before Commencement of Services: If the cancellation request is received before the commencement of the services, the client may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred by the Agency.
After Commencement of Services: If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of the services, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed by the Agency. Any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred by the Agency will be deducted from the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Fees and Expenses
Certain fees and expenses incurred by the Agency in the course of providing services may be non-refundable. These may include but are not limited to third-party expenses, setup fees, and initial consultation fees.
5. Refund Processing Time
