Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions.

The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India.

The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
